Coastal town refurbishment

Located within the Conservation Area of a Devon seaside town centre and seafront, hmad|architects were approached to help the client gain planning permission to carry out the refurbishment of some existing features of the property, internal alterations and create a small single storey rear extension, whilst maintaining the existing character of the property.

Our Architect's design proposals successfully addressed the client's brief to improve the habitable accommodation, whilst being mindful to minimise any negative impacts on the local setting and significance of the Conservation Area. We are looking forward to seeing this project progress over the coming months.
