hmad|architects were commissioned to provide concept design proposals for an exciting vision to increase the capacity and flexibility of this Grade I listed church and to offer the tourist visitors an improved experience with a heritage interpretation trail.

 

Our bold proposals involve inserting a balcony at first floor around the church, which provides additional floor area for specific events and offers the possibility for visitors to interact and experience the building in new ways.

The proposals were considered favourably by the client in helping to deliver the Church's mission whilst enhancing its engagement with the congregation and visiting public.
