hmad architects transformed this extensive 1960s property into a striking family home as part of a collaborative project. Our designs included a two-storey extension, an entrance porch and a dramatic circular feature window to improve the approach elevation and make the most of the property's panoramic views.

 

We introduced a wide range of energy-saving technologies including rainwater harvesting, photovoltaic panels for electricity, additional insulation, high-performance windows, an efficient boiler and a new wood burner.
