hmad|architects' design maximised the beautiful views surrounding this coastal property whilst retaining its external appearance. Dual aspect reception rooms are arranged around a feature staircase in a central hallway and a glazed garden room extension improves the connection between the inside and the outside. Additional bedrooms are accommodated in the converted attic, which benefits from far reaching views across the Cornish coast.

As we did not live locally, having a local person on hand at all times who was also willing to set aside a whole day for us on those occasions when we did travel down, was vital. We would recommend them unhesitatingly.
