hmad|architects were appointed to prepare concept designs, submit Planning and Listed Building Consent applications and produce the information necessary to obtain budget costs prior to the construction of this exciting project. We developed a range of striking design options which were both innovative and conservation-led in order to unlock the unrealised potential of the beautiful Grade II listed townhouse, and are delighted that the client is so happy with the end result. Our state-of-the-art 3D software proved a very useful tool during this project in allowing the client to envision the use of space and light within our designs at an early stage.
