We are qualified to carry out inspections of buildings - including historic and heritage structures - and to report on conditions, recommend remedial works, obtain all statutory permissions and organise building contracts using specialist skills and suppliers where necessary.

We act as Inspecting Architects for a number of churches, producing statutory Quinquennial reports and advising actions to be taken following submission of the reports. We always follow up our Quinquennials and ensure that a church community is fully aware of its responsibilities in terms of health + safety and public liability. We can, if required, schedule works required to keep buildings in good, safe order, and appoint suitable contractors to undertake necessary maintenance and repair.

We are always available to advise when questions arise on the stewardship of church properties. Our long term experience in these matters can benefit discussions on the future fortunes and welfare of these buildings which are often central to our communities.
